Younger Children’s Activity Pages

Older Children’s Activity Pages

Good morning!  This page is intended to both serve as a continuing worship option for those participating in our worship service from home, and to serve in place of print resources during our in-person worship.  Following the worship service on Sunday, one or more video recordings from the service will be placed on this page, including the sermon.  This may take several hours, due to the time needed to process the videos.  We will email the congregation when the recordings have been posted.  If you would like to be added to our congregational email list, please contact

In a dry, parched season,
when compassion has grown weary,
and grass crunches underfoot,
the earth can grow hard too.

Earth, like God scooped up,
forming with loving hands.

It is easy to feel lonely.
It is easy to feel separated,
lost and forsaken,
and easily forgotten.

Like little ones
that Jesus called to himself.

We thirst and yearn
for waters to ease the dryness of our throat,
the cracked abandoned clay of our living.

And Jesus reached out to touch them…

And eyes crusted by long neglected tears suddenly became clear.

And Jesus spoke to them…

And decades of self-recrimination were washed away

And waters stirred and boiled
But the blessing of the Lord was already with them.

A stream of living water, to quench the thirst of our souls.

Jeremiah 17:7-8
Blessed are those who trust in the Lord,
whose trust is the Lord.
They shall be like a tree planted by water,
sending out its roots by the stream.
It shall not fear when heat comes,
and its leaves shall stay green;
in the year of drought it is not anxious,
and it does not cease to bear fruit.

Open The Eyes of My Heart

Open the eyes of my heart Lord
Open the eyes of my heart
I want to see You
I want to see You

To see You high and lifted up
Shining in the light of Your glory
Pour out Your power and love
As we sing holy holy holy

Holy holy holy
Holy holy holy
Holy holy holy
I want to see You

Holy God of every time and every place,
you gather us to hear of Jesus.
By the power of the Holy Spirit
open our minds to the Word, your Son,
who comes to us as one of us and
ascends to the heavens to remain with us.
Help us see your glory and love
in our own community and in all of creation,
we pray in your holy name. Amen.

-Feasting on the Word, adapted.

Ephesians 1:15-23NRSV

I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love towards all the saints, and for this reason I do not cease to give thanks for you as I remember you in my prayers. I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation as you come to know him, so that, with the eyes of your heart enlightened, you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance among the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power for us who believe, according to the working of his great power. God put this power to work in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the age to come. And he has put all things under his feet and has made him the head over all things for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.

Be Thou My Vision

Verse 1

Be thou my vision, great Lord of my heart;
nothing be all else to me save that you are,
God my best thought, by day or by night,
waking or sleeping, your presence my light.

Verse 2

Be all my wisdom, be all my true word,
I ever with you, and you with me, Lord.
God my great father, your child may I be,
Christ in me dwelling, and I one with he.

Verse 3

Riches I want not, or vain empty praise,
you my inheritance, now and always.
You and you only, first in my heart,
High King of heaven, my treasure you impart.

Verse 4

High King of heaven, when vict’ry is won
may I reach heaven’s joys, and bright heav’n’s Sun!
Heart of my own heart, whatever will fall,
still be my vision, great Ruler of all.

Be Thou My Vision

God gives us all that we need for life, along with all that we need to bless those around us. Compassion, grace, and mercy are the grains that are sown to sustain our hearts through life’s journey.
When we find our spirits growing thin, may God lead us to fruitful places so we may glean nourishment for our souls. And may we bless others by sharing encouragement, love, and patience as well, in our prayers, in our work, and in our daily living.

Almighty God,
In your love, you chose Israel to be a special people,
Your servants, to teach the world about your justice and love.
Your set them on a hill to shine into the world,
A beacon to call the nations to lives worthy of your grace.
You chose them to be the vessel of your salvation,
and you brought that salvation to completion through a young woman
who responded, let it be with me according to your Word.
Your Word put on flesh, was born and walked among us
came that we would hear and find in him real life.
Jesus is the fulfillment of all things and we would settle for nothing less.
So we pray for your fullness today.
We pray for fullness of forgiveness and healing in our spirits.
Restore to us the JOY of your salvation.
Enliven our hearts in your Spirit.
May laughter and love bubble up as we serve each other in your name.
Because in your presence we find glory,
and in your sharing we find life for our souls.
Help us to be a part of your mending of the world,
and stitch together what we cannot.
Bring reconciliation as a new note of celebration in our lives.

May strangers and enemies find a new trust in your power and reign.
Heal those around us who are sick.
Help us to live in ways that protect our neighbors.
Sustain, inspire, and strengthen those who watch over and care.
May our living, point towards the life of Jesus,
who emptied himself of every righteousness and pride
so that we will be saved.
In Christ’s love we pray, Amen.

Here I am Lord

Verse 1

I, the Lord of sea and sky
I have heard my people cry
All who dwell in dark and sin
My hand will save
I who made the stars of night
I will make their darkness bright
Who will bear my light to them?
Whom shall I send?

Here I am, Lord
Is it I, Lord?
I have heard You calling in the night
I will go, Lord
If You lead me
I will hold Your people in my heart

Verse 2

I, the Lord of wind and flame
I will tend the poor and lame
I will set a feast for them
My hand will save
Finest bread I will provide
‘Til their hearts be satisfied
I will give my life to them
Whom shall I send?

Here I am, Lord
Is it I, Lord?
I have heard You calling in the night
I will go, Lord
If You lead me
I will hold Your people in my heart

Now may our God who gives you all that you are,
strengthen you in faith and hope,
and guide you in Christ’s way
to know and share his blessing
this day and forevermore.
