The Church Board has approved a plan for primarily outdoor worship services through the Summer of 2021, in order to accommodate as many people as possible joining us for worship.

• We will begin worshiping outdoors in the pavilion starting Easter Sunday, April 4.
• If weather necessitates it, we will move worship back into the sanctuary and fellowship hall, observing relevant state and CDC guidelines.
• Social distancing will continue to be observed in order to minimize any possible transmission of infection.
• The use of masks will continue to be encouraged, especially when recommended distancing cannot be observed. Mask use will not be required when seated at an appropriate distance (6 feet currently) during the service.
• Seating will continue to be available in the parking lot and other areas outside the pavilion.
• The front row in the parking lot will be reserved for those who need to use it to sit in their cars during the service. A speaker will be pointed towards this front row, and radio transmission will be available. We also ask that if your car is close to the pavilion, that you turn off your car engine so as to not disrupt the ability of others to hear.
• The live stream of the service will be available in the sanctuary each Sunday for those who prefer or need to gather indoors.
• Bulletin information will continue to be posted via our Worship Connection Pages on the church website (www.pleasantvalleyalive.org).
• Offering Boxes will continue to be placed at the entrance to the pavilion.
• Online streaming of the worship services will continue, as will the posting of recordings of the service, afterwards.
• Facemasks will continue to be required in the building, in accordance with state regulations.
• All of these plans are subject to modification by the Church Board, as circumstances change.
